Pakistan posted strong current account surplus in March

Pakistan has posted a strong current account surplus of 1.07 billion dollars in March this year.
In a post on X handle, Adviser to the Finance Minister Khurram Schehzad said this is the second-highest surplus ever, only behind 1.2 billion dollars recorded in March last year.
The Adviser said Pakistan’s external sector is firming up, with sustained surpluses signaling improving balance of payments stability.
