Special investment facilitation council reviews ministry performance in apex committee meeting

The recently concluded meeting of the Apex Committee of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) undertook a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of various ministries. Chaired by Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar Haq Kakar, the meeting witnessed the participation of Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir.
The gathering focused on scrutinizing the achievements and initiatives of different ministries, with particular emphasis on presentations from the Ministry of Finance and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Noteworthy briefings were also provided by the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Information Technology, shedding light on investment-related projects during the session.
The collaborative efforts of the Apex Committee aimed to enhance transparency and efficiency in the pursuit of fostering investment opportunities in the country.
